Children’s Relief Bethlehem focuses on the health and well-being of children and their families. It supports and manages the Caritas Baby Hospital, a unique institution, located at the heart of the conflict in the Middle East.

No one is turned away. The hospital’s doors are open to all, irrespective of religion, nationality or creed.

In addition to its work at the Caritas Baby Hospital in Bethlehem, Children’s Relief Bethlehem supports projects for children, mothers and families in the surrounding communities.

Founded almost 60 years ago by Father Ernst Schnydrig, today Children’s Relief Bethlehem has chapters in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Austria and the United Kingdom and treats over 30,000 children every year.
