Poverty is everywhere in the West Bank and hygiene levels are low. Many children are malnourished and permanent water shortage exacerbates the situation.

To ensure basic medical care for all children, Children’s Relief Bethlehem finances and manages the Caritas Baby Hospital in Bethlehem. The hospital is open to all children, whatever their nationality, religion or creed. Children’s Relief Bethlehem is committed to improving access to medical support and supplies, to fighting poverty and disease through early intervention and education.
